DECO COLLECTION

The Deco collection is inspired by the decorative movements of 20th Century art: from the effervescent set design of Russian theatre at the turn of the century, to the stylised work of Armand Rateau and Jean Dunand during the 1920s and 30s, and also the abstract assemblage works of the 1950s. The collection features bold dramatic patterns with distinctly ornate details. Textured metallic shapes are gilded onto nubbly silks and raised 3-dimensional lines embellish gilded surfaces creating the effect of carved wood and moulded metals.
