BUCKINGHAM
The elegant Buckingham design was created by de Gournay through combining various mid to late 18th century antique models to create a detailed and feminine service whilst remaining unfussy. Enamelled in the Famille Rose palette with gilt a band of blunted spearheads outlining the well surrounded by a series of delicately and finely worked floral swags outside of which three concentric solid gilt bands encompass a green and iron-red enamelled pattern. The client monogram has been painted with exquisite detai I and rendered in the same enamel palette.
de Gournay offers an array of handmade porcelain dinner service shapes ranging from dinner plates to serving platters, punch bowls, teapots and tureens. Designed for all styles of dining, the collection includes both round and octagonal plate shapes.
