FLORA & FAUNA
The ‘Flora and Fauna’ dinner service draws inspiration from the ornithological works of 19th-century artists John Gould and John James Audubon. Each plate features a finely hand-painted bird - walking, flying or in mid-swoop - framed by a border of peonies, leaves and gilded garlands. Every service is entirely unique: clients may select from twenty-four designs of birds, butterflies and flowers, each adapted to complement the shape and scale of individual plates and bowls.
de Gournay offers an array of handmade porcelain dinner service shapes ranging from dinner plates to serving platters, punch bowls, teapots and tureens. Designed for all styles of dining, the collection includes both round and octagonal plate shapes.
