Architectural Digest France

Extensive coverage of the 2018 Architectural Digest France ‘AD Intérieurs’ exhibition at the Hôtel de le Bûcherie in Paris, with de Gournay’s custom designs featured in Thierry Lemaire’s ‘Office’ – a pattern of hand embroidered and threaded Gold named ‘Matrix’ on Velvet wall coverings by Pierre Frey – and the ‘Bedroom’ interior by designers Jacques Bec and Artur Miranda of Oitoemponto, installed with ‘Hippolyta’s Forest’ – a new motif inspired by the early 20th Century illustrations of Kay Nielsen depicting an enchanted forest in tones of Jewel Green with Silver Feather Gilding. Oitoemponto’s custom ‘Underwater’ interpretation of their Namban design from last year’s fair within the newly restored Masion du Caviar restaurant in Paris is also profiled.
