Magazine Cover and Homes Feature on the London apartment of de Gournay Directors, Rachel and Hannah Cecil Gurney. Photography by Simon Brown. Installations of de Gournay depicted include ‘Early Views of India’ scenic wallpaper in the hallway from two perspectives, one full page, ‘St. Laurent’ hand painted Chinoiserie wallpaper in the living room, paper-backed Slub Silk wallpaper in the dining room, Gold Leaf hand gilded wallpaper in the kitchen and ‘Rose Antiqued Badminton’ hand painted Chinoiserie wallpaper in the second bedroom. Hand painted ‘Temple Newsam’ Chinoiserie wallpaper within the first bedroom is depicted on a full page within and in detail upon the cover of the issue.Furniture is a combination of pieces from de Gournay’s hand carved furniture collection and various antiques.
