Inspired by the grandeur of Albert Bierstadt’s sweeping landscape paintings from the 19th century, ‘Mountains of Aspen’ depicts of the majestic peaks, vast, luminous skies, and crystal-clear lake waters of the American West’s Rocky Mountains. Hidden amidst the towering Douglas fir and Ponderosa pine trees, black bears, deer, and wild horses dot the scene, while golden eagles soar overhead.
