Special Colourway on Statue India tea paper

Special Colourway on Statue India tea paper

An artfully interwoven landscape of flowering trees, lily-filled ponds, weathered rocks, and many species of beautifully painted birds. Thoughtfully positioned porcelain jardinières and hanging perches complete the look of this Chinese garden. The inspiration for the design was a set of mid-18th century antique panels bought in London by Gerald & Mary Askew to furnish the Chinese Drawing Room at Bentley House.
